1. SMS Service Description

VitalAlerts provides a recurring automated SMS marketing service that delivers exclusive health and wellness offers, product alerts, and promotional content to opted-in subscribers in the United States.

2. Opt-In and Consent

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the consent box, you expressly agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from VitalAlerts at the number provided.

      Important: Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You may opt out at any time without affecting any existing purchase or service.
    

3. Message Frequency and Rates

Message frequency: up to 4 messages per week

4. How to Opt Out

You may cancel your subscription at any time:

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

Provide a phone number that is not your own
Use the service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to reverse engineer or interfere with our systems

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The VitalAlerts service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted delivery of messages, as SMS delivery depends on third-party carriers.

7. Limitation of Liability

8. TCPA Compliance

This service complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). We maintain records of all opt-in consents including timestamp, IP address, and the specific consent language agreed to at time of opt-in.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
